The rules and conditions for using MyRenewals
These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyRenewals website and service at myrenewals.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. MyRenewals is operated by Stuart Stafford, a sole trader registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").
MyRenewals is a web-based contract and subscription renewal tracking service. It allows you to record renewal dates, receive email alerts before renewals expire, and manage your contract portfolio.
We provide the service on a free tier and paid subscription basis. The features available depend on the plan you are on, as described on the pricing page.
To use MyRenewals, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for:

You agree to use MyRenewals only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You own the data you enter into MyRenewals. We do not claim any ownership over your renewal data, client lists, or other content you add to the service.
You can export your data at any time as a CSV file from the Renewals page. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings at any time.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, but no refund is issued for the remainder of the period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you are on a paid plan when a price change takes effect, the new price will apply from your next renewal date.
The free plan is limited to 10 active renewals. If you reach this limit, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan or remove existing renewals to add new ones. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
We aim to keep MyRenewals available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
Alert emails are sent on a best-effort basis. While we make every effort to deliver alerts reliably, we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control (spam filters, email provider issues, etc.). You should not rely solely on MyRenewals alerts as your only renewal management process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period (or £10 if you are on the free plan).
The MyRenewals service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your data), is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from it without our written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
